Can I use a plan manager?

If you have funding in your NDIS plan under the category Capacity Building - Choice and Control for plan management then you can engage a plan manager using your NDIS funding.

How does it work?

New Participants
If you have funding in your plan that is Plan Managed then you will need to engage a plan manager to process your claims for you. Your plan manager can advise you on the use of your funding and assist you with the NDIS guidelines surrounding claiming of supports and purchases. Once you are onboarded invoices can be sent to the plan manager for processing and payment through the NDIS. Please email or call to discuss commencement of plan management.

Changing from another Plan Manager
If you are currently using another plan manager and wish to change, you will need to give your current plan manager notice, as per their service agreement. At the end of the notice period your funding can be changed to us. We can assist you with this so it is a seamless changeover.

Getting invoices paid
Invoices are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Each invoice is checked for compliance before the claim is sent to the NDIS. We have several options to have invoices sent to you for approval first so you can stay on top of your funding. Once the claim has been made with the NDIS it generally take 2-5 days for payment to be received and paid to your provider.

Reimbursements
You can also send receipts in for reimbursements for items you may have purchased. Please see our "Can I Buy It" form on the Downloads page. We require a signed copy of this form to accompany each reimbursement request that is not for an item included in the NDIS plan.
